Jeremy Fain (Founder)
Jeremy began his swimming career as part of a summer swim team in Montgomery County, Maryland at the age of six, and at the age of twelve began swimming year-round for the Rockville Montgomery Swim Club (RMSC) as part of USA Swimming. Jeremy qualified for nationals at the age of sixteen and swam for four years in college. He began coaching and swimming on the Red Tide Masters swim team after a five year hiatus from the sport. His career as a coach began at fifteen and he has taught swimmers from the ages of four to sixty-four.
With over 20 years of interactive experience across agency, publisher, and ad tech management, Jeremy Fain is the CEO and co-founder of Cognitiv. Jeremy Fain holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Kristin Gary (Founder)
Kristin Gary has been a competitive swimmer since the age of six, swimming for the Wilton Wahoos in Connecticut. She attended Duke University where she swam for four years, was team captain, held a school record and was awarded the swimmer of the year in 1989.
After graduating with a BA in Art History, she received her Masters in Art History from the University of Art and Restoration in Florence, Italy, where she specialized in Italian art. After an eleven-year break from the sport, Kristin re-entered swimming as a Masters swimmer in 2000 and has since won over 100 United States Masters National titles, and also won World Championship titles in Perth, Australia in 2008, Riccione, Italy in 2012, Montreal in 2014 and Gwangju in 2019. She competes for the New York Athletic Club and serves as Chairwoman of Swimming. Ms. Gary runs a private art gallery specializing in European paintings, sculpture and drawings from the Old Masters through the 20th century and is a certified appraiser in this field.
She has been working in the art world since 1993, dealing privately since 1999, and has extensive experience with both American and European private clients, museums and institutions.

Jim Bolster
Jim Bolster is the Head Coach for the Men's Swim Team at Columbia University. In 20+ years as Head Coach, Jim has helped the Blue Lions capture an Eastern Swimming League title and break over 30 school records.
Born in Princeton, NJ, Jim was one of 14 children and an excellent athlete. He earned four letters in soccer, lacrosse, and swimming. While attending Denison University in Ohio, Jim was named the school's Most Valuable Swimmer two times, won an NCAA Championship in the 200 Butterfly in 1976, won five conference titles in the 100 and 200 Butterfly, and also was a six-time NCAA Division III All-American.
In 1977, the Connecticut Bicentennials drafted Jim in the first round of the North American Soccer League draft. He played for two years with Connecticut and Washington before going on to earn his Master's degree from the University of Michigan.
Jim lives in Manhattan with his wife, Sharon Rose Kelly, and three sons, Jake Thomas, Luke Charles, and Clay Murdoch.

Alan Fishman
Alan began swimming when he was just six years old. By the time he graduated from JEB Stuart High School in Falls Church, VA, Alan had set school-records and was a Virginia High School State Champion. Alan's love and dedication to swimming led him to co-found the Trident Swim Foundation with Jeremy and Kristin.
After living in London, England, he returned to New York and is Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. He holds an A.B. in Public Policy and Finance from Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Jane Kelsey
Jane began swimming competitively at the age of six. She received a BA with distinction in Economics from Stanford University where she was also a member of a three-time National Champion women's swim team. She also received a Masters of Arts in International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
Today, Jane is a Managing Director and is responsible for unsecured funding and capital management in the Corporate Treasury department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She joined the Mergers & Acquisitions group in Goldman's Investment Banking division in 1998 and has served as chief of staff to the chief administrative officer and as head of Firmwide Strategy and chief of staff for the Asia Pacific.
She has won seven Masters World Championship titles and holds three Masters World Records for relays as well as 39 individual Hong Kong National records, and is a published author of two educational textbooks.

John Moffet
John started swimming at the relatively late age of eleven and quickly moved through the ranks, making the 1980 Olympic team. However, the United States boycotted the Moscow Games due to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Despite this disappointment, John continued to swim for Stanford University. Once on “The Farm,” he broke his first of two World Records on his way to making the 1984 Olympic Team. He went on to win five individual NCAA Division I titles and two NCAA Team Championships.
During his senior year at Stanford, John was named co-captain, honored as the top scholar-athlete in the PAC-10, and awarded the NCAA TOP VI AWARD – honoring the six most outstanding student-athletes in America. Since then, he’s been elected into the Stanford Athletic Hall of Fame and also selected to the PAC-12 All-Century Team.
At the 1984 Olympic Games, John met legendary documentarian Bud Greenspan who told his story in the feature film 16 DAYS OF GLORY. Bud so inspired John that he decided to pursue a career in entertainment. Since then, he has produced 100’s of hours of television for networks ranging from CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX, to cable channels Discovery, TLC, VH1, ESPN, and HBO. John’s highest professional honor has been winning three Primetime Emmy Awards while producing seven seasons of THE AMAZING RACE.
John remains involved in the Olympic Movement and is President of the Southern California Olympians & Paralympian's Assn. and is a member of the Athlete’s Advisory Commission for the LA2028 Olympic bid.

Rev. Dr. Bernard R. Wilson
Bernard R. Wilson became the 35th Senior Minister of Norfield Congregational Church in September 2004. Dr. Wilson previously served as Executive Minister at The Riverside Church in the City of New York, Interim Senior Minister at Briarcliff Manor Congregational Church. and as a Chaplain in the US Navy. He is an ordained minister of the Churches of God in Christ and holds full standing with the United Church of Christ.
As a Navy Chaplain, he served as The Assistant Chaplain of the Marine Corps and has received numerous awards, medals, and citations for his stellar military career. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the David and Dovetta Wilson Scholarship Fund, a non-profit organization he helped found with his eight brothers and sisters. The Fund has awarded nine scholarships annually since its inception in 1990.
Dr. Wilson holds advanced degrees from Morehouse College and The Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, GA, Union Theological Seminary and New York Theological Seminary in New York City, Salve Regina University in Newport, RI and a Doctorate from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA.
Dr. Wilson is married to Nereida Torres whom he met while they both were serving in the United States Navy. They have two Children, Michael Bernard Wilson, an officer in the United States Navy, and Daniel Bernard Wilson, a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a beautiful granddaughter, Mia Jean.
